â ïž Unofficial translation. This is an unofficial English summary of the Polish Terms of Service provided for your convenience. The Polish version available at textoo.pl/regulamin is the legally binding document. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
General provisions
- These Terms set out the scope and rules for providing access to the application by TFB Group sp. z o.o., registered office: ul. Ćw. Filipa 23/4, 31-150 KrakĂłw, Poland, KRS: 0000499144, NIP (VAT ID): 6762474679, REGON: 123048916, share capital: PLN 5,000. The Service is provided at https://textoo.pl and other subdomains of textoo.pl.
- By placing an order and paying for the Service, the User confirms they have read and accept these Terms.
- All notices and communication between the Provider and the User take place electronically via email: info@tfbgroup.pl.
Definitions
- Service / Application Access â electronic service consisting of providing tools, courses and educational materials enabling the User to create marketing content.
- User â natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using services provided by the Provider.
- Consumer â natural person performing a legal act unrelated to their business or professional activity.
- Trial period â period during which the User may test the Service at a reduced price. Each User may use the trial period only once.
- GDPR â Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to personal data processing.
Ordering the Service
To order the Service, the User selects a plan/application in the Service, fills in the registration form, accepts these Terms, and pays. The User then receives login credentials to their User Panel via email (and SMS if provided).
Service delivery
After ordering, the User obtains access to the selected application/course. The User may use the Service throughout the Agreement period without limits, in accordance with its intended purpose.
Pricing & payment
- Prices are shown in the Service alongside each plan and are gross prices (VAT included where applicable).
- Subscriptions (auto-renewing): payment is made in advance, in annual or monthly intervals. Accepted methods: Stripe, Przelewy24, Dotpay, PayPal, PayU, Imoje. Card payment is required for the first payment. VAT invoices are issued via the KSeF system (Polish national e-invoicing).
- One-time payments: annual prepayment via PayPal, PayU, or Imoje. VAT invoices issued via KSeF.
Withdrawal (Consumer right)
Consumers and consumer-entrepreneurs have 14 days to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason. This right does not apply if the User requests Service start before the 14-day period expires. Withdrawal can be submitted via email to info@tfbgroup.pl or by post.
Complaints
Every buyer has the right to submit a complaint via email to info@tfbgroup.pl. Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.
Termination
- Subscription: the Agreement converts from trial to indefinite-term after the trial. The User may terminate with a 1-month notice ending at the end of the calendar month, via email or the user panel.
- One-time: the Agreement is for a fixed term and ends automatically.
- The Provider may terminate immediately if the User violates these Terms, e.g. fails to pay for at least 2 billing periods.
Liability
The Provider is not liable for the consequences of the User's use of the Service, including failure to achieve intended results, nor for service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure.
Intellectual property
The application and all content are property of the Provider. The User may use the application only for personal/business use within the Service. Copying, distribution, or other unauthorized use is prohibited.
Personal data
The Provider is the controller of Users' personal data and processes it in accordance with GDPR. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.
Final provisions
- These Terms apply from the date of publication in the Service.
- The Provider may amend these Terms. Users will be notified 14 days in advance. Acquired rights are protected.
- Disputes are resolved by competent Polish courts.
- Consumer disputes may also use out-of-court resolution channels (consumer ombudsmen, consumer organizations, voivodeship Trade Inspection).
- Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law.
